Asharqia Chamber presents you with the best greetings and would like to inform you of receiving the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (L / 1145) dated 14/5 / 1440, which is referring to the letter of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment for the Protection of Consumed Consumer No. 17152 dated 17/4/1440, which includes the Ministry's confirmation of all commercial establishments that are engaged in the trade of precious metals and precious stones should be in compliance with the provisions of the system and its updated executive regulations issued by Ministerial Decision No. 5111 dated 6/2 / 1440, which is published in Umm Al-Qura newspaper No. (4757) dated (7/4/1440) that is indicating the most recent changes to the updated list.
